What is Lerf Tag?
A physical NFC disc that starts a Lerf app-blocking session when you tap your iPhone to it. Tap once, put your phone down, and your chosen apps stay blocked for the session.
How does it block apps?
The Tag triggers the free Lerf app, which uses Apple's Screen Time framework to block the apps you selected. Tap the Tag, tap the banner that appears, and your session starts. An optional one-tap setup in the app's settings removes the banner step entirely.
Does it require a subscription?
No. Lerf Tag is a one-time purchase and the Lerf app is free. There is no subscription.
Can I use my own NFC tag?
Yes. Any writable NFC tag can be set up to start a Lerf session. Lerf Tags simply come ready out of the box and match the app.
Is it Lerf or Lurf?
